The Truth of the Clay is an installation and performance-based work that explores material as memory, resistance, and testimony. Clay is used as a fragile yet persistent substance, carrying traces of the body, labor, and history.

Through repetition and physical engagement with the material, the work reflects on vulnerability, survival, and the relationship between the body and the ground. Clay becomes both a witness and a medium — shaped, broken, and reshaped — echoing cycles of loss and endurance.

The work continues the artist’s investigation into materiality as a political and emotional language, where simple substances hold complex narratives.
